UniSea continues to see growing adoption of its DNV class-approved Maintenance module, with existing customer Napier being the latest to implement the solution. This expansion of their agreement, which already included UniSea Maindeck and UniSea Inspections, further strengthens the partnership between the companies.
Napier, already familiar with UniSea's integrated approach to maritime software, will now benefit from a seamless connection between their existing UniSea modules and the newly added Maintenance system.
What continues to attract vessel operators to UniSea's maintenance solution is its practical design approach. Created with input from experienced maritime professionals, the system reflects an understanding of daily shipboard realities rather than just software theory.
A standout feature of the system is how it handles standardization across multiple vessels. While conventional systems typically require significant crew effort to maintain consistency, UniSea's approach embeds standardization within the software architecture itself. This delivers the structured data management needs without adding to crew workload.
The addition of Napier to UniSea Maintenance's client roster follows recent signups by other notable maritime operators including Buksér og Berging, Fjord1, North Sea Shipping, and Eidesvik. This growing customer base demonstrates increasing market confidence in UniSea's approach to maintenance management.
